Attorney’s Fee
According to Article 30 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Bar and Legal Practice”, the fee paid to an attorney for providing defence, representation, and other types of legal assistance to a Client is referred to as an honorarium.
When determining the amount of the honorarium, factors such as the complexity of the case, the attorney’s qualifications and experience, the client’s financial situation, and other relevant circumstances are taken into account.
The method of calculating the honorarium (fixed fee or hourly rate) is set out in the legal services agreement.
Given that the fee depends on the complexity of the case and the time required, there is no need to burden you with an approximate price list that may vary by hundreds or thousands of hryvnias without providing a clear answer to your specific question. Simply call us or send an email, specify the type of legal assistance you require, and we will provide a precise quote. If you feel the proposed fee is too high, you are welcome to suggest your own price for the legal services.
We offer highly qualified legal assistance at reasonable rates.
A flexible discount system is available, along with various payment options.
